First, let's put our cards on the table. You came here for a reason today. Something has happened that made you decide to check out a weight loss program. Perhaps your clothes are getting tighter and tighter and now you need to go out and buy new clothes. Perhaps you just aren't feeling as good as you used to. Maybe you are having more difficulty climbing stairs or walking very far. Maybe your Doctor told you you have to lose weight. Perhaps you have just decided enough is enough. There are many reasons to lose weight and get your body back in balance.
Consider this, I could give you lots of statistics about why it is important to lose weight. There is the ever present heart attack scare, increased risk of cancer and a host of other diseases. Most people know why they should lose weight and they really don't need a lot of scare tactics to tell them why. The most important thing is that you have to have a reason to lose weight. And you have to really want to be thinner. You see, when I hypnotize you, I am competing with a hypnotist who has been working on you for years to maintain the status quo. If you want to see who that hypnotist is, just raise your hand, because it's YOU!

Get Off The Weight Loss Roller Coaster!

Now you are probably wondering, "Why should I listen to a Fat Hypnotist" about losing weight. Well, the answer is simple. This Fat Hypnotist hasn't always been fat. I used to be quite svelte, standing tall looking good. But then came the everyday challenges of life and my weight went on a roller coaster up and down over several years. Right now it happens to be up more than I want it to be. Does any of this sound familiar? Have you been on the weight roller coaster. Going through some of the same ups and downs, getting on a plan that seems to work for awhile. Then just when you reach a comfortable weight it just seems to come back and you end weighing more than when you started.
Let's face it, there are a lot of weight loss programs on the market. Some make wild claims of massive weight loss in short periods of time. Some claim you can lose weight and still keep eating the same foods you have been enjoying in the same quantities as you do now. There are also many legitimate weight loss programs and plans like Weight Watchers, Slim-Fast, Nutri-System, Zone, Ornish and The Atkins Diet, just to name a few. But even the good ones have a common end result according to the "Journal of the American Medical Association." "The amount of weight loss at 12 months relative to baseline among all groups was modest at 2% to 5%."

Many of you who are reading this today may have tried one or more of these programs or plans, perhaps you lost weight and now it has come back or perhaps you want to lose more. Or, maybe you are frustrated with your progress. No matter what your situation, I can help you lose weight with a new and exciting concept.

In a nutshell, what we do is combine several techniques to help you lose weight with the minimum hassle and effort. We will be bringing together many exciting ways to help you reach your optimal weight and maintain it for life . We will use several methods that will combine ancient techniques with modern products to help YOU get where you want to be. Diet Is A Dirty Word!

By a show of hands, how many want to go on a Diet? NO, NO, Terrible word, the fist 3 letters sum it up DIE! No one wants to go on a diet. Well the good news is you don't have to go on a diet in the traditional sense of the word. Who wants to go to the gym and do aerobic exercises three or more times a week? NO, NO, I don't want to do that! More good news, this program doesn't require vigorous exorcise.

But make no mistake about it, you must make some minor changes or nothing will change. You will need to alter your eating habits, but it will be easy, because it isn't a diet, it is just making some small changes to when and how you eat. You will need to increase your activity level, but this will be easy because this is not going to be traditional exercise. Through hypnosis, desired changes become easy because the conscious and subconscious mind work together.

So Here is the 3 step simple Program

1. We will provide you with some basic information of foods to include and foods to avoid. You will find the foods to include is much larger that the avoid list.

2. We will provide a fun atmosphere to provide encouragement. Once per week, for 8 weeks, we get together for 20 minutes to share our successes. Then we do 30 minutes of group hypnosis to reinforce our goals. You also get a reinforcement CD with a hypnosis session that will help you reinforce your goals between meetings.

3. We will use the power of hypnosis to reprogram our internal subconscious script that has been holding us back from accomplishing our goals. Hypnosis allows direct access to the subconscious mind. Desired changes are easily accomplished when your conscious and subconscious work together. Through hypnosis, we create long term permanent changes in our thinking which results in a much higher success rate. There have been several studies conducted measuring the effectiveness of hypnosis as an adjunct to weight management. The "Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology", 64 (3), 517-519 states that subjects who used hypnosis almost doubled the weight loss of the control group who just used diet. Another study conducted by the "Journal of Clinical Psychology", 41 (1), 35-41 indicated that after 8 month and 2 year follow ups the hypnosis subjects showed significant additional weight loss.

The methods I use help you enter a very relaxed state of hypnosis. You are always aware and ALWAYS IN CONTROL. You will be able to eliminate cravings and change the way you think and feel about food. At the end of each session you will be refreshed and feeling great.
